Also their facial expressions. The eyes that are not a normal colour have been changed to a colour that looks like flesh. The mouth contain blood dripping down from it. Also the hands, she's grabbing the ground and looks to have a tight grip. I think this is appealing especially with the gun being pointed to her head. I like this picture too as it contains a lot of detail.
